Late Then NO SHOW and NO CALL!! Most disappointing by Left Undone and High and Dry! - 04/18/2009
For first appointment late! Didn't finish job and scheduled second appointment to finish - No show, no call, no return call. Complained about not being paid enough yet I paid her quoted rate! As for the quality of cleaning, puddled detergent left on floors, only part of shower cleaned, haphazard cleaning job!! Not honorable person.

No Show and Rude by disapointed - 02/25/2009
Very poor. I went through the whole process of checking references, meeting up, and scheduling an appointment. Debra called the morning of first cleaning to reschedule and then never showed up the second time without a call. When I called Debra she was rude and hung up the phone on me. Very unprofessional. If she was too busy to do the job she could have communicated that to me and I would have understood. However the way she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional and so I do not recommend her services.

I've had my home cleaned about once a week for the past several months. They definitely have met my expectations for professional, prompt and trustworthy cleaning. I am rating them high because of the level of cleanliness that is provided on a consistant basis, compared to companies I've hired in the past.
