I had many viruses and apyware to the point where my computer would just turn itself off at random times. I called A to Z and they explained to me how to prevent spyware and they even installed features that would help keep them away. I would have expected to pay a lot, but hey did it a price I can afford. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were having a networking issue with our home computer system and needed professional assistance. In the past we had used the Geek Squad and found their charge rather high for their basic service. We wanted to find a company that we were comfortable with, who charged fair prices and understood our needs. We found them!!

I read several reviews on A to Z and based on how good they were, we decided to contact them. An appointment was set within a couple of days, the technician arrived on time, solved our problems, gave us some good suggestions and was half the price of the Geek Squad.

Will certainly be using A to Z in the future and would highly recommend them.

No Fix - No Pay by A to Z Computer Services - 02/20/2008
I strongly urge the previous poster "agoodone" to contact us for problem resolution or provide our invoice number. I highly doubt that the poster will be able to do that because - WE DONT CHARGE CUSTOMERS UNTIL THE PROBLEM IS FIXED. AND WE ALWAYS ANSWER OUR PHONES AND RETURN ALL MESSAGES WITHIN 3 HOURS. We have hundreds and hundreds of satisfied customers to back this up. It was probably one of our competitors trying to bring our rating down. Sad.

In any case, if "thegoodone" is a real customer of ours, contact us with your concern.

My laptop turned off on me and wouldnt start up anymore. I tried everything I could to try to get it to turn on and nothing worked. I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop. All I could think about was my college papers, and my homework and the expense of buying a new computer! So i started lookeing for a computer repair buisness that could stay within my budget. I thought I was completly doomed, untill I called A to Computer Services. Not only were their prices totally within my budget, but the knowledge of the technicians was remarkable and they got a technician to me within THE HOUR! The technician was extremly knowledgable, and he was very nice as well.

I will DEFFINATLY recommend this company to any of my friends or family who have computer problems. Their services were fantastic.

I highly recommend this company. The technician was prompt, courteous and helped me clean-up my desk top, start-up menu, and deleted unnecessary files which helped fix and speed up my start up and shut down procedures. H also helped my internet connection run smoother once I was able to log back in. I will use them again if needed.

I had my system crash on me suddenly: it shut down and will not restart. I called Geek Squad and after 4 hours two of their guys declared my system dead and no files recoverable. I WAS DEVASTATED! I did not let the GS to format my drive for new windows installed and called A to Z Computer Services. AFTER ONLY 45 MINUTES ALL OF MY FILES WERE RECOVERED!!! A to Z were even able to completely recreate my system somehow.

I will highly recommend A to Z to anyone having any computer issues as these guys know their stuff.
