Ordered parts on 2 different times. 1st time there part was damaged one was so bad I couldn't accept part. 2nd attempt at getting parts ordered so part could be pulled from veh. I called to see if part was ready for pickup, drove 45 mins and part was never pulled. In fact the vehicle that it had to be pulled from wasn't even there. ****BUYERS BEWARE, THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR PARTS AND GET PART READY AT THERE OWN CONVIENCE*******

I came in and needed a computer for my 2001 Sentra which was difficult to find. They didn't have the part in stock but they referred me to a company that can rebuild my computer and everything worked great. Great service.-Pam

Customer Service at this place is horrible. I explained to Vic, the tech, what I was looking for, how I was referred to him, and where I would be coming from. He gave me a price, and we agreed upon it. He told me to call him when I was on my way and he would have the part pulled, so I wouldn't have to wait. So I did. I called him when I left my work, I told him that I was on my way. He told me that he was closing at 5. I pulled up 4:55, only to find a car and a truck, pulling OUT of the small driveway. I drove nearly an hour, to get there. I have 4 kids, and this is the only way I could afford to have my car fixed, on my limited budget. Now I'm forced to to pay more for the part I need - furthering hurting myself financially - to make the car work, so I can keep working. All because this man couldn't wait 5 more minutes. If you have another option - Take it. Don't give your money to people who enjoy messing around with you.

These guys are a Upull junkyard which means you pull your own parts, and they charge you as if they are pulling the parts. What the hell, if I wanted to spend $150 on a 30 part from lkq why would you call me back and ask if I was still interested in the part after I told you lkq has them for less. As well as many other junkyards.

I needed a lower control arm they got it for me and I needed a axle and they checked it and the ball joint to be sure there was no damage

Just wanted to respond to other negative reviews listed here. In the used auto part industry you get what you pay for. If you call a place and they have substandard customer service and the cheapest price, dont expect the best product. I have done buisiness with A-Z for many years as an automotive professional in the Apopka area and I have had good luck with every purchase so far. They allow the customer to go out in the yard to view the product before purchase and if buying an engine will tell you if it ran ok. As far as a transmission goes, its a roll of the dice because most cars in a salvage yard are wrecked so they cant exactly road test them before you purchase one. If you're looking for a premium, tested, guaranteed part, then look at LKQ, Greenstar, or All Pro for a used part. If your looking for a deal then call A-Z, A-1, Hippy's, or Discount II. And remember "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR"

we got a used transmission paid 450.00 plus 50.00 delivery paid to travis girl friend unit no good we had to pay additional delivery charge for 2nd unit which was no good they want to charge more delivery charges for third unit travis whoul not help and will not refund money try to speak with owner who does not care would not do anything for me his name is khan ghlomar very rude person google his name you can get his adress and phone number you can also search fl dept of state to get information if you need to sue them as i plan to.this business will tell you anything to get the sale but they will cheat you out of your money.

Called for a part and was met by rudeness and condescension. Couldn't tell me if they had the part to avoid driving the 40 miles, only to find out they don't have it.

They were nice when I called for my window switch for my 06 drivers side switch but, he quoted my $75 when the part is new at dealer for $67.50 and anywhere on line for 60.00Sorry A-Z
