It's Great

by I love this place. , 12/28/2012

My experience with this restaurant has only been good. They have a steampot meal big enough for two at $24.95 that I just loved. The fish n chips gives you a fis that falls over the platter. The wings for 39 cents each are great. $2 beer makes this place an affordable place to watch the game or just come to for dinner. Service has always been good.

A birthday Dinner

by Twilliams , 05/17/2012

I've wanting to check out this place for a while now, so when my bother asked to go there for his birthday dinner, I thought great. But little did I know. the only thing good about the dinner was the service. Poor girl, she deserved a better place to work. I ordered the nachos for a starter and they were not good the cheeze was on three or four chips and nothing on the rest, I ordered the 9 oz filet medium(full of flavor acording to the menu) it came with a salad and two sides, wich I picked the smashed red potatos and the mac and cheeze. When my plate came the 9 oz filet looked to be about 4ozs and it was well done. ( what a waste) I called the waitress took it back and told me it would be about 10 minutes. I hungry so I started eating my sides. Yuk no seasoning on the potatos and the mac and cheeze looked like it came out of a box with a sparce amount of cheeze sprinkled on them no seasoning again. The filet finally came and it looked good and cooked right, but when I tasted it, it had no flavor no seasoning what so ever. It was the worst meal at a restraunant I've ever had. I will never go back again.

Another one bites the dust

Service was terrible and the food was mediocre. The downstairs bar is the epidomy of white trash. Anyone want to bet the place will be out of business within a year??

Taste of Bourbon restaurant

by Peg , 01/05/2012

Went to the restaurant Monday nite, always a slow nite. But they had a nice little crowd, and good seating. Seven of us dined, everyone had different food, and all were delicious. Staff was friendly and we met the owner, very nice with great plans for the place. They have their own baker, and she is fantastic. Our dessert was heavenly. So stop by, you'll love it.
