I am the owner, and I was there to help you get moved in. You can't imagine how upset I am that you've had such a terrible experience. I apologize that you feel you did not receive the customer service that we pride ourselves in, or that we were unorganized. In the 16 months that you were with us, we took great care in checking on your vehicle daily. Unfortunately for both of us, we had a customer who parked his vehicle in your way. We did attempt to solve the problem expeditiously. I have spoken with the Manager of the property - and she feels terrible. She was informed that the vehicles blocking your way would be moved by their owners on Friday prior to your arrival - which obviously, they were not.I also know that my husband was there within 10 minutes of being informed that there was a problem, and that he was ready to move the vehicles that were in the way himself. As you pointed out, your towing company had already done it. They are, indeed, Rockstars. We are not bad people, and we take pride in what we do. The Assistant Manager that you were so upset with was brand new - which is hardly an excuse, but it is a fact. She did the very best she could do, and was in tears after your departure. I personally try to problem-solve every situation as though it were my only concern for the day, and I am sincerely upset by your experience with us. Jake and I do our best to treat others as we wish to be treated. Again, I apologize for the huge inconvenience. I am just thankful that your issues were overcome and you had successfully removed your trailer within 30 minutes of your arrival on the property. With a vehicle as large as yours, your tow company really did do an amazing job removing it - as I know we had reservations when you first moved it in. I know you are dedicated to sharing your experience - but I do hope that you keep in mind that we did not cause you inconvenience purposefully or maliciously.
