API is by far the best answering service I have dealt with. We have 2 locations with 8 providers and are an extremely busy pediatric office. The operators are always professional, courteous and the management is Stellar! They often take calls for us during meeting times or if we have phone trouble and do a great job with keeping our patients calm and happy. We have used them since 2001 and have been very happy with the services and cost.
A truly wonderful group to work with!!!

The ad caught my attention immediately. Their sales staff was VERY helpful with my account they walked me through every step of the process they even went as far as to contact my phone vendor to transfer my services. They even worked with me to test all aspects of patient care and contact information, even alerting me to ways to cut costs. I don't feel nickel and dimed by other services who hide so many strange "fees". I highly recommend them to any business ready for excellent service. I went as far as to come into the office and I was delightfully impressed with the layout, the smiles from the staff and state of the art communications center they have setup. This is not your strip mall answering service office passed of as a "full size" company. ######I HIGHLY recommend them!
