Professional and Affordable by Derek Buelna - 06/19/2009I have used Paragon for several years and found them to be very easy to work with. I've had a variety of problems with my vehicles and was always treated fairly. I didn't find myself having to pay more than originally quoted, which happened to me a lot with other companies. They always took the time to explain the problems, what my options were and what needed to happen to solve the problem. I'm really happy with the service that was provided and wanted to let people know. I've come to trust Paragon and recommend them.
Paragon Auto Repair is the best. by Tygerlily - 04/01/2008Paragon Auto Repair: fast, friendly, honest and affordable. Our first experience (ford F150) our truck required a complete overhaul. Chris called with an estimate, when anything changed, and made all of the repairs that were necessary so we had the truck back the next day and we were still in our budget! Our second experience, my brother was visiting from New York and his car (a Subaru Outback) had the Check Engine Light come on and it would not go away. Chris went over the entire car, told my Brother what needed to be repaired, was honest & upfront about the repair costs, and gave my brother a list of everything that would need to be repaired. Chris prioritized the repairs so my Brother could get the car safely home and knew what needed to be done in the near future. It is so nice to have a repair shop that we can trust to take care of our cars without my having to be there every moment questioning the technician. As far as Auto repair shops go, Paragon Auto Repair is the best.
