When they first cleaned our carpet it was great, very clean but soon the ripples appeared in the carpet. We had one ripple in the carpet before we paid them hundreds of dollars and ended up with about 10 more. We did not move the furniture for months after they were done. I have no idea what happened, but I was really sick for the last year and when they sent a year reminder to ha them come again I told them what happened and to take us off their mailing list. They never contacted us to come see the problem. I would not recommend them.

A-M cleaned my daughters carpets and did an adequate job, BUT....the wife of the husband and wife team, promptly told my daughter she was dressed inappropriately to have service people in her home and to please put something else on or leave!!!!! My daughter had been out with her dog for her morning run. She was wearing baggy running shorts with 2 tank tops! My daughter is quite beautiful inside and out and would NEVER offend a soul. This woman had the absolute gaul to tell her how to dress in her own home!!! She told my daughter she would not be able to clean her carpets again if she dressed that way because her husband was uncomfortable. My daughter waited outside. She was devistated. She called me so, so upset. I would NEVER EVER recommend someone who was so disrespectful to a customer!!!
