STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY by HeyHey - 07/22/2009I had my water heater start leaking and the home warranty company sent this company out. The plumber ran very late and was only there for 5 minutes to right down part numbers. He didn't even disconnect the water heater. Now I am dealing with water damage. This company refuses to work amicably with anyone. The plumber was very rude and disrespected my property. Find a company that actually cares, because they sure don't.And they say they are 24 hours which is a lie. The phone rings and no one picks up. Leave a message and you are lucky if you get a return call.
Anything but ideal by CHRISTINA - 06/08/2009My home warranty company sent these guys out to fix the leak in my A/C unit. The first day they showed up 3 hours late and didn't have the right kind of coolant to put in my unit. The second day, he showed up 2 hours later than he told me and spent three hours looking for the leak but never found it. They charged me my service fee and then made me sign something saying that service was completed in order to get my receipt, even though I argued against it. Nevada Power just sent FCR A/C to do my free maintenance check and the guy found the leak in 2 minutes. Now Ideal Services is telling me too bad because the service has already been completed. Even the home warranty company is telling them to come fix it and they are arguing with them. Also, the guy left his hand prints all over my attic entry and cigarette butts in my yard. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
ripp off by sandy421 - 02/10/2009dont hire ideal services.they are ripp offs.they are thieves.robert the plumber is trying to make money on the side.we called company to complain to managerand did not care about robert wrong doing.
