Never again

Horrible service , Rob in the office just shows you why tow guys have a bad reputation , I heard at least 6 times on how he used to be a police officer ..They damaged my car and all he had to say was beat it ,take your complaint else where, He has police accounts and his guys are the best of the best ,all I wanted was some help with the scratch they put in the side of the car , STAY AWAY

steve showed up to help me ,,,very rude,,,was smoking ,got into my car with cigarette in mouth,,,every other word out of mouth was a curse word ,,,then called office ,the owners mom runs the phones and she was rude as well
