The Staff was great.

I did my research and knew what i wanted. I walked into A.D. Farrow and picked my Electra Glide Classic (black). Road it around the big-lot, and afterwards, walked through the paperwork. Then, road for three days. The staff was wonderful and has a since of pride. Remember to RING THE BELL ppl.

I bought my first harley davidson here about 3 weeks ago. it was my dream all my life to own a harley.i got an 03 heritage softtail,beautifu bike and i love it.From the credit app to the signing and cosigning it was just disappointing. these people act like they are only there to get a check. they asked for my downpayment twice the first day and i couldnt even take the bike home because i was told it needed run through so they knew they were selling a safe bike.Great idea! it had 18000 miles on it and was told after i bought it about a 20000 mile service. 569.00 is the cost of the servicce 3 weeks after i bought a 12000 dollar bike.I let it go and thought id look around. was called by the salesman to apparently to check how things are gong and i explainedthe whole process and was told id recieve a call in the next hour and that the service wasnt that much he explained.i called back 4 days later and they played the blame game. i told them have a nice day. They will never get anymore of my money period. I dont mind spending the money to have it serviced my point is that it should have been communiated better and don before i got the bike. how can you tell someone the bie is safe if all u do is change the oil and put a mirror on the bike?I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING.

Why are the prices for accessories higher than what is listed in the catelog or what other dealers sell them for? I will make the trip to Thiel's or C&A to make most purchases because of it.
