I'm not sure how this shop can stay in business as they rude to the point of being aggressive.

I have been to more than a few bike shops in the south Denver Metro area and this shop is by far the friendliest and most knowledgeable. I ended up buying a Giant Defy Advanced road bike and they also did a full overhaul on my mountain bike. New location has double the space and you can buy with confidence.

my shop of choice, great service and knowledgeable staff. I just got a new 29er bike from these guys. I got a great deal and they spent all the time I needed. I never felt pressured by the staff. I will comeback for a bike for my wife. They new location looks great!

Went in and asked all about mtn bikes, and owner was all about telling me about this bike and that bike, all friendly telling me about where he's from. I called back a few days later and the guy acted like I was bothering him, didn't remember me. Then asked "what can I do for you?" in a tone that sounded more like he could care less. Total lack of caring about a potential customer. Business must really be great for you, cause you just lost a $1,000 mtn bike sale and add on equipt.
