My computer got a virus and I was not even able to boot it up with the start up disk. I took my computer to A computer fix and they were totally understanding of my situation. They were to collect all my files and reformat my hard drive in less than 2 days. I received excellent service and look forward to doing business with them in the future. I didn't get any pressure to purchase a new computer, just a lot of understanding and help. Thank You.

I called around to several companies before I called A Computer Fix and they were the most friendly, most knowledgeable, and had a really good price for what my computer needed. I was able to take my computer to them the same night and got it back the next day. Very very pleased with the service!! Will definitely refer them to my family and friends!

they were great, don't use Geek Squad by apaul - 10/22/2008
I had a virus that would make my computer shut down whenever I would connect to the internet. circuit city said it could not be removed and I would have to erase the hard drive, Computer Fix came and removed it in about half an hour without erasing my hard drive. Do not use Circuit city's Geek Squad!!! Computer Fix knew way more.

Lousy service... by easygoing - 01/24/2008
Called them, they sounded distracted, should have been my first sign of a possible problem. Then they show up 45 minutes late! Tell me that I need to have windows reinstalled, I declined, a week later my friend came over and fixed it WITHOUT having reinstall windows. Will not be calling them again.
