Repeat Customer by rtseal - 08/22/2009They have the best cakes in town. I always order my cakes from them and I have never gotten anything but great service and a great cake. I would recommend them to anyone!
Last minute prep by 1st time customer - 07/27/2009Cake was okay but not decorated according to what was originally discussed. Upon party day and cake pickup,the cake was NOT ready! Waited 25 minutes so they could finish cake. You could see the cake was done in a rush even though I turned in the cake order a week prior to picking up. Spoke with decorator, she didnt make any amends or attempts to make me want to come back. Poor customer service.
