Great service and professionalism at a good price by TylerT - 10/29/2009
When my water heater started leaking I was dreading the possibility of trying to change it myself. I had a lot of questions for Alan who took the time to work with me on all the details and was very honest in what he recommended and did not try to upsell me on something he felt I did not need. He came out the same day I called to replace the broken water heater and was very professional in his work. I actually had several quotes but because of Alan's honesty and willingness to match prices with competitors he did not even know about I decided to have him take care of my problem, and am I glad I did. Even after the installation was complete he took the time to explain all of the functions of the new water heater and made sure I was satified before he asked for payment. I have two water hearters and I will definitely work with Alan if the time ever comes to replace another one.

After believing that my hot water heater had gone bad, I contacted this company to have a replacement installed. I explained the situation and was told that my problem was most likely corrosion in the dielectric union. Sure enough, I cleaned the union and my problems were fixed. They did not have to give me advice which prevented a possible sale to me but they did, and in doing so gained a future customer. Very trustworthy and professional.

First of all, our new water heater you recommended is just fantastic--they are very knowledgeable about water heaters and whats best for you. I am excited for the energy savings as well! Even though we didn't have a leak or an emergency, Alan still made us a priority and provided excellent customer service and was so friendly and helpful. We had a new water heater right away, they finished so quickly, hauled the old water heater away for free, and left the space cleaner then they found it.I'd recommend them to family and friends, and will definitely call again if we ever need anything.

Our water heater was leaking. Alan was off that day, but came anyway. We needed a new one and he had it replaced that day by 3:00. Great attitude and customer service. I'll call again when I need a new one.

I called on monday because my water heater was bad. they said they could come out that night, but I told them I could wait til Tuesday night.
so we made an appointment, they were right on time. very good service. they explained how it all worked too.
