horrible dog kennel by annonymous - 06/24/2009
We left our dog with A bar A for 5 days and had a horrible experience. We were told that we could pick him up on Sunday between 12 and 3pm. We got there at 1:45 to pick him up and they were closed. There were several other people waiting to get their dogs. We waited for 3 hours until someone finally showed up to feed the dogs. I asked for the owners phone number and the employee would not give it to me. Instead the employee took my phone number and said the owner would call me later that evening. The owner never called. When we picked the dog up he had cuts all over his face and had lost a considerable amount of weight. Some of the cuts were old and scabbed over while others appeared to be more recent injuries. They could not explain the cuts all over his face. We were also told that we could bring our own dog food for them to feed him. When we picked our dog up they gave us back the bag of food we gave them completely full. The kennel manager thought we should get a full refund but t
