I was referred to Chris and I have not one complaint. Me and my husband have gone to Chris for years. He has always given us the best service for the best price. I am also very picky and I hate to spend too much money. Chris's store is no more expensive than going to Home Depot, Lowe's or some of those others small businesses. Everyone always has something more than some one else its a business people, but he is very comparable to others. Yes Chris is very busy so if you want it fixed Now, like yesterday well HELLO PEOPLE get over it. Chris is busy for a reason, he does an excellent job everyone goes to him why do you think he is SO BUSY.

Avoid this place! The owner Chris will tell you everything you want to hear to make a sale. Then when it's time to warranty any equipment or have parts in-stock you'll hear nothing but excuses. Chris is nothing but a drunk. IF an item is in stock it will be wildly over priced and lazily put together. You have been warned!

You might have to wait to get to talk to Chris - "the owner" but it will be worth your time. Professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He wont answer the phone when people are waiting to speak with him in the shop because he wont put a phone call in front of the people that have drove to see him in person.If your looking for a big box store experience where corporate trained clerks assist you with finding things in an isle, don't go here. If you want a brutally honest conversation about lawn & garden equipment - sales or repair, stop by (don't call) and ask for Chris.

These guys are awesome!! True, the guys at A & M did not go to charm school, but they did figure out the best way to do business is to be up front and honest about any question or repair they are given. I would not take any of my equipment to anyone else.Why take your business to someone who has the ability to smooth talk like a politician but does not have the knowledge to properly repair your equipment?
Terrible customer service! by
I was recommended to this place for some small engine repair, by a trusted friend. My experience resulted in a different kind of recommendation -- Choose someplace else! Their customer service skills are essentially nonexistent, rude, short, treat you like a fool and a bother. They are impossible to get in touch with by phone, have no messaging service, and when on hold it hangs up on you after a short while. The repairs were estimated to take 3 weeks, the first contact I got back took 6 weeks! When I went to pick up the machine it was as though I bothered them by walking in the door. I'm sorry but who needs who more? when this business fails, I won"t be surprised...
