Terrible, terrible experience with this company. We had ordered 40 chairs to be delivered before a meeting. I had asked for them to be delivered the day before, but the woman who took my order assured me that they would be there before 10:00 a.m. as we were having the meeting start at 11:30 a.m. 10:30 rolled around and we still did not have the chairs. I called A&A rental to find out the status and the man who answered the phone was pretty rude. It turns out that they hadn't even left yet, and were finishing loading up and were about to pull out. I called at 11:10 to get an ETA on the driver. The same rude guy answered the phone and snapped at me "the driver's on the way" I asked if he could call the driver and he said he would call me back. By 11:20 I still did not receive a phone call and we had to cancel the order as our guests were already here for the meeting. This company should be ashamed of their poor customer service.

They were so helpful and friendly. I had a great experience there.I will recommend to all my friends.
