The company sucks by
They came over 6 different times and my refrigerator still doesn't work. They don't care or respond to phone calls. This company is a fake, they try to get money and leave.This is for all customers from this company, stay away from them.I'm going to sue them for the inconvenience and everything they did incorrect.

RUN - DON'T WALK! by
RUN, DON'T WALK. This company is the absolute worst. Cheats and liars. We contacted them in the beginning of May for repairs to our Dacor oven and Bosch dishwasher that both started acting up in the same week. The stove has never worked correctly since they were here and the motor they replaced in the Bosch BURNT out less than 8 weeks later. We were stood up multiple times (with every excuse in the book - truck broke down etc) for them to come back after they cashed our deposit check. I complained and they offered us $250 back. That has been the joke of my life. I call several times a week literally months later and the check has been lost in the mail several times, they've offered to send it Western Union and last minute say they'll drop it by as they'll be in my neighborhood etc. They don't know how to 'repair' anything. Also operate under A & B Appliance 877-550-5523.
Rip off! by
Repaired our dishwasher but they installed the incorrect part for our model/year. They charged us $569.44. Only lasted 3 months, said they would return but never did, numberous calls to them. They have over 40 complaints to the BBB. Got it fixed right for $135.00

Don't EVER, EVER, EVER call this number. We've been trying to get a refund of $400 (less a service call fee) for services never performed. In a moment of urgency, we called this first number in the yellow pages for a repair on our Thermador gas range. A technician came on October 24, 2009 for literally two minutes and told us it would cost $600 and needed a $400 deposit. We of course made the mistake of paying this technician. However when he left, we immediately called and left a message not to cash the check because we wanted to check with Thermador first. I tried to stop payment the next day, but it did not go through b/c the check was already cashed. We got our repairs completed through a Thermador rep for $100. However, it is now January 6, 2010, and have gotten no where with literally about 20 calls to A &A Appliances, and a letter to the BBB that they did not respond to. It seems that the office manager cannot issue a refund, and will not put us in contact with any supe
