Will definitely use again. I called at 7am. They said they would come between 10am and 12pm. Showed up sharply at 10am. They had my door fixed in 45 minutes. My garage door torsion springs snapped and we could not open the door. They quoted me a price and did not try and pad bill with extra stuff or upsell me. Very honest and fair. After having been ripped off in the past it is very nice to see that good contractors are out there. If you need your garage fixed call these guys.

Awesome service by Pleased - 09/26/2009Our garage door spring snapped on Friday evening. We called A Always Open Garage Doors and Mark said he could come by at 10:00 pm to diagnose the problem. He showed up as promised and replaced the cables and recommended some other items to facilitate easy operation of the door. I highly recommend Mark and his company. God Bless him for working hard on Friday night!
Always Open Garage Doors has the BEST service quality out there by Donald - 09/01/2009Always open garage doors worked around my schedule. My door wouldn't open and I work late. They were available when I needed them which was around 9PM. My door came off the tracks and I needed it fixed fast. They did such a good job now my door is extremely quite and haven't had any problems with it since. The always open garage doors employee I spoke with was extremely well educated in the garage door business. They got the job done right, super fast, with excellent quality and they even cleaned up when they were done! All for a very reasonable price. I would never use a leading competitor again because they hire not the best employees.I give Always Open Garage Doors an A+++ for service, friendliness, and quality!
Great Customer Service by Holly - 07/07/2009I wish these folks did more than repair garage doors. Showed up within a few hours of my call, very courteous on the phone and in person, did an excellent job with the repairs and priced appropriately. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needed garage door repairs!
What A Relief! by Linda - 06/25/2009I backed out of my garage on Tuesday morning (oops! garage door was not yet open!). I trashed the door so that it would not go up & down properlly. I called A Always Open at 6:45 a.m. and Mark arrived promptly at 10:00 as scheduled, and got it working properly despite it's very old age + the damage I inflicted. I asked for a quote to replace the door and he came up with a very resasonable amount. He was back the next day (again promtply as scheduled), installed the new door and it works & looks great. Very reasonable price, plus Mark and his staff are very nice & professional. I highly recommend A Always Open Garage Doors to anyone in the market for repair or replacement.

I found his service friendly, professional, efficient, and modestly priced. He swept my garage floor after completing his repairs and left it cleaner than it was when he arrived! I will definitely call A Always Open Garage Doors in the future for any garage door issues ~~ I highly recommend them!
Outstanding service and attention to detail by Ian L. - 09/08/2008I had a spring break on a garage door on 9/7/2008. I called A Always Open Garage Doors the next morning and was set up for an appointment in the afternoon. They called a couple of hours later and advised they could come out early which was great. The owner's son Zach came out and examined the door. I am somewhat handy myself and like to learn new things, and while he was looking, he invited questions and was showing me the different issues and parts to be concerned about. He was very patient and helpful, and did a very thorough job, changing the spring, and replacing the hinge bearings on the side. Even mentioned that the motor bushings were worn but didn't need to be changed right away, but gave options for later. I didn't feel he was trying to push a lot of unnecessary repairs on me. They fully deserve 5 stars for outstanding service and the owner should be very proud of his son/employee! I will be sure to recommend them to anyone who needs this type of service. Thank you!

Great Job, thanks Zack! by adamski22 - 05/26/2008Our torsion spring went out memorial day about 2 pm. I called "Always open garage doors" and Zach showed up an hour later (again, on Memorial day!). He recommended changing the rollers for not too much more, less than an hour later our garage door was not only working again, it was quieter than it had been in the 7 years i've been in my house. Zach was very knowledgeable, friendly and hard working. I highly recommend this company! Thanks DEX for the suggestion
A Always Open Garage Doors is terrific! by bmesa19 - 02/10/2008I can't say enough good things about A Always Open Garage Doors -- they were on time courteous and pleasant. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. The garage door works better than it did before even though they only replaced the springs/bearing. The tech, Zach, was fantastic: cheerful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and hard-working. He even left the garage cleaner than it was when he arrived!! Definitely one of the best experiences I've had with home repairs.
Garage Door replacement by PM21 - 12/07/2007Mark was courteous, no hidden charges, estimate was the end price. Door was totally replaced, opener wasn't. They put in an upgraded everything door, two car door. I recommend them! Price was average for a total replacement, I called 5 other places too. Same day service, obviously that depends on their schedule, but they showed up on time, and finished on time. Job well done!
