I was at the Marriot World Center for a Convention... my HP laptop shut down... no internet, no business contact... nothing... I went to a competitor recommended by the concierge... 3 days for service... I called AAA on a Sunday... he was not open but answered his phone. He came to the Marriott on Monday, repaired my laptop right then and there, for only $100. Unbelievable service at a very affordable price. The best I have ever received from a computer company. I live in Lancaster, Pa. and I am thinking of moving to Florida just for his service... (just kidding)... but Jason was great!

I live in PA, my grandfather lives in FL, and I needed someone to show up at his door to fix his computer and re-setup a TelyLab telyHD skype webcam. Jason fixed the computer and got the telyHD working right away. Prompt, excellent service. Reasonable rate too! Thanks Jason!

I am happy to recommend Jason highly. I dropped my work computer and damaged my hard drive. Needless to say I was in a panic. I called John and he came out the next morning to fix my computer.... can I say that again - he came to MY place to fix my computer! He was great to deal with and charged a very reasonable rate. Thank you Jason!

This review is long overdue. Jason does a great job, is able to solve extremely difficult problems and is very reasonable in terms of price. I went to Jason in great distress after another repair shop which did not do the job for which they were hired refused to refund my deposit.Jason saw me on very short notice and after spending a significant amount of time diagnosing the computer, did not charge me. As it turns out, I needed a new computer because the hard drive had crashed. After I bought the new computer, it was discovered that the work which needed to be done in order to transfer the data from one computer to the other was much more complicated than anticipated. The time and effort which this man put into extracting data from an external hard drive which was not working properly, after the internal hard drive had crashed, is beyond impressive.Not only was he able to get the job done, he did everything he could to ensure my happiness as a customer.

I contacted Sanford Police Department regarding my computer that Mr. Walsh failed to return to me after I paid him for his services in October 2012. Officer Dendecker arrived at my home around 6:57pm. I told officer Dendecker my situation and presented my cancelled check and showed her all my proof and the text messages that Mr Walsh left me scheduling appointments and not showing up to return my computer. At this time Officer Dendecker contacted Mr Walsh from the phone number I provided to her and she called him and informed Mr. Walsh if he didn't return my computer that she will put a felony arrest warrant out for his arrest. This is how I received my computer back from Mr Walsh, but when turned it on all of my personal information was completely wiped from my computer I had Windows 7 and now there is Windows XP on my computer, my original housing is gone alone with my product key. I received a computer but it wasn't the one I gave Mr. Walsh in October 2012. I received a rebuilt computer the has an outdated operating system on it and all of my pictures & personal information is lost forever. 06/12/2013 Send Business' Rebuttal Response to Consumer
