Poor workmanship. Poor Customer Service. by
I contacted A+ to design and landscape two relatively small areas in the front of our house. Their first work efforts were horrible. Their second work efforts to fix the first problems were slow in coming and incomplete. They over billed me and charged me interest when I would not pay their incorrect bill. And... all along the way, the customer service I received while trying to remedy all the problems was deplorable.The original plan called for planting 24 plants, plus removal of at least that many plants and bushes, plus clearing/cleaning two areas for a fresh new, beautiful look. The original effort was priced at $1767 (plants $1044/labor + tax $723). I paid $565 down. Prior to the installation, I contacted A+ and reduced the design plantings from 24 to 8. The adjusted price for plants, removal, clearing and cleaning was $874.A+ was to install the 8 bushes in 2 areas. 1) 7 bushes in a straight line. 2)1 bush in a corner area. When I returned home and saw the work, I could not believe it. The 7 bushes were very poorly spaced. Several bushes had 36 inches between them, others had 12 inches between them. I had never seen anything like it. The single bush was not on the corner as requested, but placed in an odd location to fit around a bush that was supposed to have been removed. I called A+ and requested they send someone out immediately to make it right. After several weeks, A+ sent out two guys who respaced the 7 bushes, removed the old bush and centered the corner bush.However, A+ did not clear, clean, or make attractive any of the other part of the front areas as agreed. When I received the first A+ bill, they wanted an additional $517. (!!) I called and explained there was clearly a problem with the billing. I also stated I was very dissatisfied with the final product. I was told they would look into it. So, I did not pay that bill. When the next statement came, not only was I billed the same amount, but now A+ had added interest because I had not paid the prior month! I have had 6 long and heated telephone discussions with A+ and at least another 5 shorter conversations trying to make it right and express my dissatisfaction. A+ never offered to come back out and make good on the clearing/cleaning of either front area. A+ never offered a penny of discount for the all the problems experienced. Bottom line: Poor workmanship, Poor customer service.

I am a new customer to A+ this year and have received nothing short of outstanding and professional service. Highly recommend!
Mud bogged my yard by
After a 5+ inch rain, someone had the lack of brains to send down an employee the next morning at 8:30am to ride around on my lawn spreading fertilizer on a machine. Needless to say, they made ruts, tore up grass and left my grass looking like it was covered with mud. You would think they would apologize and not charge me right? Nope, all they want is their money and had the nerve to dig up a charge card number of mine they kept on file without my permission and charged me for the application. They are really bad news and I would not recommend them for anything.

I have been using A Plus for years for lawn care and mowing and they are a great company I have compared price and they are very reasonable and they do a super job I have never been dissapointed in the quality of there work I highly recomend them.
