Unprofessional and Inexcusable by Frustrated in Beaverton - 08/04/2009We scheduled our move several weeks in advance and when the crew arrived they couldn't get into the circle drive at our apartment. After making a measly second attempt they parked and suggested we reschedule with a smaller truck. This was not possible. They never even made it in the place to see how much work there was or what needed to be loaded. They drove around a bit trying to find a space and then they just left. THEY JUST DROVE AWAY. They didn't tell us they couldn't do it or even discuss it with us. We called the cell number we had from when they asked us for directions but of course they did not answer. My husband then called the owner who was useless and simply made excuses for them and called them his "best crew" but also admitted that he couldn't get in touch with them either. If this is your best, then you are an absolute failure. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
