service has been great. have used other companies and had to call for missed pick-up constantly. a-afordable has picked up 98% of the time wince we hired them. even after moving almost 2 years ago. i believe the city should put up bathrooms for city workers and service workers throughout the city.

If you ever forget to put your trash at the curb they will NOT walk 50 feet to get it. Additionally they will charge you 12.00 to come around again and get it. The ladies in the office are extremely rude! I just cancelled service after 6 years due to their horrible customer service.

We've had this trash service for a couple of years now - they are great! We've never had a missed pick up and sometimes we even have a few extra trash bags on the side of our bin. they always take everything away. And, our trash bin is always placed up by our back gate. We truly appreciate this service - they are true professionals.

These guys are my old trash service, emphasize OLD. Simply put, they're rude.. And you can easily fix that with some manners..

This was a great a service, the last year they have nothing but attitude from missed trash pick up to rude disrespectful people on the phones. I will take my business some where else.

This company never picks up your trash will lets you go for weeks with out service and they don't care!! Horrible service and a waste of money! They just drain your wallet!

A-Affordable is just okay. Hours of actual pickup change causing an uncertain time for rolling your dumpster to the curb. Due to this , trash sits at curb until following week. Prices have recently gone up as well.

have had this company 2 years. ++'s are they are affordable and competetive. will pick up more than just the can. minus's: charge a fee for cc payment by phone and have no autobilling or online billing or website to work with.

They are not great but far better than several others! They've never missed a pick-up, they clean up after themeselves when they drop trash or something. They bring the can back to the house instead of leaving it at the curb. We've never had a billing problem... yet. And you can call and schedule a bulk pick up! They do require you breakdown the bulk trash as much as you can but the bulk pick up is free if you have a open account with them. Their prices are not the cheapest! They are actually about 10 a month more than the cheapest place we found. But the reliability is worth it to us. Especially after having several places who were just terrible.

If you like to be treated poorly and your trash pick up delayed this is the business for you! These people need to seriously work on their people skills!

I love this company!They have good competitive rates, and they even clean up after themselves if they make a spill while collecting. They are always courteous, always on time, and always professional. Good collections and excellent customer service. I recommend this company above anyone else in the area, and I've tried them all.

Don't try to switch to another service, EVER. They will really take your wallet for a ride.

We switched here after our former company got bought out and the rates went up. These guys are cheaper and they even bring our trash can up in front of the garage so it doesn't get blown down the street when it's windy. If you don't like who you're with, go with these guys!

What a WONDERFUL service, they give. These guys go the extra mile!! Leave your trash out in the morning, come home, and your bin is back up by the house, not blowing down the street like everyone elses. If I was rich, I'd pay them more!!
