East Valley Specialty Dental Office Very Satisfied we Found TeamLogicIT Computer Experts to Assist! by DrGoldsteinDDS - 10/17/2009Our Dental practice is growing very fast, almost too fast! Our IT office computers and business server platform needed maintenance and software upgrades that my office staff couldn't handle. We needed expert computer support before we got in over our heads. My Office Manager spent 2 weeks soliciting and meeting with various local IT Support firms. This firm TeamLogicIT was far and above the most professional and competitively priced company to solve our computer issues. I met with a senior project manager myself to make sure this firm would meet our expectations. Within several weeks, their computer engineers rebuilt and fine tuned our database server and each of 12 office desktop computers. They installed remote monitoring software, anti virus software, and most importantly nightly offsite backups of my main server. I had 2 serious problems with my laptop device both of which were handled by this excellent technology firm within 24 hours after I had my personal assistant drop it off at their office repair facility last Sunday (9/20/09) afternoon while I was in surgery. Great Laptop Repair Service provided at a Fair Price, Highly Recommended!! by Amelia_McDermott_of_Scottsdale - 06/07/2009This firm did a great job on repairing my HP laptop. They replaced my machine motherboard and while they had it at no additional charge ran a virus cleaning and installed new AVG virus protection software on my machine with a license that will never expire. I really couldn't afford a new laptop. They actually fixed it for less than half of buying a new machine plus I kept all my data intact on my repaired laptop. Their customer service (responsiveness) was excellent and I got a written warranty on the replacement hardware. Highly Recommended!!! Mike was a sweetheart to work with...

Urgent Care Organization is Very Happy with TeamLogicIT IT Services by Dr.Charlene_MD - 06/06/2009We run a Valleywide Medical facility with 12 Local Urgent Care Facilities that we support at our Main Administration Site in Central Phoenix. Our annual IT budget was about 675K that included all Telecom, Computers,Software,and Internal IT Staffing to Support and Maintain this expansive technical operation. The Partner Doctors assigned me to solicit bids for an "Outsourced Solution" to Reorganize and Trim our annual IT expenses by 15. I personally met with at least 5 of the top IT Service firms in AZ. Specialty Construction Firm in East Valley Luvs the Tech Boys at TeamLogicIT by Mel the Tile Giant - 05/23/2009These guys did a great jobs in our computer room to clean up the mess from our old techs. I am very happy in the manner this company handles our business account as a very high priority and always answers the phone when we need technical support. They even agreed to set up my home office wireless network at my residence and installed software to easily give me remote VPN access to the office server when I'm working from home. I don't mind paying a little extra to get the best in the valley. It's like that old saying you get what you pay for! Great job Wayne, your staff is fantastic.. Highly recommended.
Water Spillage on my Business Laptop was Resolved Promptly, Effectively, for a Very Fair Price by Laura_Moonstuck_Scottsdale.AZ - 05/09/2009This firm did a great job at repairing my business laptop that was worth about $1350 after my son accidentally spilled a glass of water on my machine while I was working at my dining room table. The machine made a popping sound when it happened and I knew I was really in trouble. I saw TeamLogicIT in the Dex Book I just received. I called them while I was still very upset and suddenly realized I have very precious photos on the machine that if were gone I would be devastated. Anyway, I called last weekend and spoke to Mike who was extremely understanding. When I dropped off the machine to be serviced at his office he really put my mind at ease and assured me they were very capable to resolve this matter for me quickly. They called the next day and told me the motherboard had to be replaced but the data was still intact. I was thrilled that 4 days later the machine was working as good as knew and it cost me only about $500.00. I was impressed, happy and would definitely refer this firm

We had 15 sales reps that were totally shutdown and unable to process incoming telephone orders. I would definitely say we were in 'dire straits' and needed rapid IT onsite technical support. In comes this IT tech firm to our rescue. I found them in the Dex Book that I just received this past week (4/20). They were listed under Computer Service and Repair(first ad). We had a bad power supply unit on our main business server. Their Excellent Techs swapped this component out and had the server and network up within 90 minutes and allowed us to get all our pending orders out the door by the end of that business day without delay! My entire staff was happy and so was I. For now on no more "cheap fly by night" IT tech firms for us... We signed an annual contract at a very reasonable price with TeamLogicIT. If your IT is essential to your business survival these guys are the best.
