Our IT office computers and business server platform needed maintenance and software upgrades that my office staff couldn't handle. We needed expert computer support before we got in over our heads. My Office Manager spent 2 weeks soliciting and meeting with various local IT Support firms. This firm TeamLogicIT was far and above the most professional and competitively priced company to solve our computer issues. I met with a senior project manager myself to make sure this firm would meet our expectations. Within several weeks, their computer engineers rebuilt and fine tuned our database server and each of 12 office desktop computers. I had 2 serious problems with my laptop device both of which were handled by this excellent technology firm within 24 hours after I had my personal assistant drop it off at their office repair facility last Sunday (9/20/09) afternoon while I was in surgery. Great Laptop Repair Service provided at a Fair Price, Highly Recommended!! by Amelia_McDermott_of_Scottsdale - 06/07/2009This firm did a great job on repairing my HP laptop. They replaced my machine motherboard and while they had it at no additional charge ran a virus cleaning and installed new AVG virus protection software on my machine with a license that will never expire. I really couldn't afford a new laptop. They actually fixed it for less than half of buying a new machine plus I kept all my data intact on my repaired laptop. Their customer service (responsiveness) was excellent and I got a written warranty on the replacement hardware. Highly Recommended!!! Mike was a sweetheart to work with...

Urgent Care Organization is Very Happy with TeamLogicIT Tech Services by Dr.Charlene_MD - 06/06/2009We run a Valleywide Medical facility with 12 Local Urgent Care Facilities that we support at our Main Administration Site in Central Phoenix. Our annual IT budget was about 675K that included all Telecom, Computers,Software,and Internal IT Staffing to Support and Maintain this expansive technical operation. Specialty Construction Firm in East Valley Luvs the Tech Boys at TeamLogicIT by Mel the Tile Giant - 05/23/2009These guys did a great jobs in our computer room to clean up the mess from our old techs. I am very happy in the manner this company handles our business account as a very high priority and always answers the phone when we need technical support. They even agreed to set up my home office wireless network at my residence and installed software to easily give me remote VPN access to the office server when I'm working from home. I don't mind paying a little extra to get the best in the valley. It's like that old saying you get what you pay for! Great job Wayne, your staff is fantastic.. Highly recommended.
Valley Irrigation Firm Needed IT Help and TeamLogicIT Techs Delivered the Goods and Set Us Up. by Chuck McClory - 05/08/2009It's the same old story our small tech firm was always unavailable to solve our technology problems when they would occur and we were left no choice but to leave very frustrating voicemails begging them to call us to get our computer network back up and running. About 4 weeks ago our computer server failed during a very important client negotiation, we nearly lost this contract but my office manager saw this tech firm TeamLogicIT on DexOnline under Server Repairs. We called them and made a deal for them to send a network engineer onsite to our business facility as an emergency to fix our ongoing computer failures. One week later, our entire IT environment was rebuilt and we haven't had a computer failure in the last 3 weeks. We let them install their remote monitoring software into our network to enable them to monitor our IT infrastructure (24x7). They can solve technical problems before they become failures. Residential Computer Network Owner Extremely Impressed with TeamLogicIT's Weekend Availability by Vince_Parisi - 04/26/2009My home based wireless network was down and after 4 hours of trying to troubleshoot this complex problem I gave up and called this IT firm that was referred to me by a good friend. I knew they were good when I called them at 10pm on Sunday night (4/19/09) and they answered the phone on 2 rings with a LIVE Tech on the line! Wow VERY IMPRESSIVE!!Anyway, after a 10 minute phone consultation they ascertained what my problem was and came onsite to solve my hardware failure issue and provided me with the replacement component I needed to get back online quickly. For the 2 hour onsite support charge I paid them I was very happy and relieved that next time anyone I know who has IT tech headaches, I'll tell them to call the Experts at TeamLogicIT of AZ. It is like that old saying you get what you pay for! They even configured my router at no extra charge to run a 'secure network' instead of the open way that I had it setup before.
