Called on Sat before 8 and was told they would be there in a bit. Never showed! We called back around 4 and they said oh yeah our truck broke down we won't be there til Monday! We waited all day when we could have called someone else. When they finally showed up Monday they hung out for about 40 mins doing nothing and looked under house but didn't even go under there and said "you have a broken pipe". Uh yeah we knew that which is why we called them! They said we can't get to it today we will come back tomorrow! Of course so our time could start all over. And yes they charged us the $90 to tell us what we told them!

We called a-1 on Monday morning to come fix are backed up system. They told us it would be "today" on Monday. I took off work early to be there for them. They never showed. So I figured we would be first on the list Tuesday. So I took off Tuesday, well guess what? They never came!! No call from them or anything. Just their stupid answering service. Do not call these guys!!!! This is no way to run a service business. After being a part of a family business that has been around since the 60s I can't believe these guys are still in business if this is any indication of how they operate.
