Our flagship is our “TSP” or “Total Service Package”. Total service package means exactly what is says: total service of their fire protection needs. We survey our customer’s site and determine every need they have in the fire protection industry. We create a solution, total price and plan of action to best suits their fire protection needs—this also includes simple monthly billing. The “S” is the most important letter in the “TSP” because we are known for our service. We use advanced technology to schedule and coordinate the reoccurring appointments with our customers. We schedule multiple services at the same time to minimize our time on the customers site allowing them to concentrate on their business rather than their fire protection.

We are up-to-date on the current codes and have working relationships with the fire inspectors that work in the areas we serve to assure our customers are compliant with local laws and regulations.

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; closed on weekends and holidays. We forward our phones to a live answering service when we are not in the office because we offer 24-hour emergency service 365 days a year. Our employees are always recognizable because they are in their company uniform with photo ID. Due to the nature of our business and the secure areas that our employees are asked to inspect, all of our employees under go pre-employment drug testing, random drug testing, as well as background checks.
