Grade F- for customer service by emnem2467 - 03/09/2011My girlfriend & I decided to get Directv so we gave A-1 a call and told them we wanted Directv they said they could come that day and install it. My girlfriend told him several times that we wanted Directv but when they came to install they were setting us up with Dish. We told the installer that is not what we wanted so he called the office and they said it would cost 260 plus dollars to install Directv. We said never mind and sent the installer back without doing anything. Now we find a charge to our card for about 50 dollars from Dish because they said they installed service, when my girlfriend called A-1 they said it was not their fault and would not do anything and said we had to call Dish to correct the problem. These guys obviously don't listen to what their customers ask for and don't care when a problem occurs from their mistakes. My advice is to do whatever you have to but find someone else to find your satellite service from.
