I called 4 different chimney sweeps... Carolina Chimney Masters were the only ones who had a warm body answer their phone. They were on time, clean and courteous, they inspected my chimney and even got on the roof and inspected it from that end and then they cleaned it and inspected it again... When they left I didn't have to do a thing, they put the room back the way they found it and left it as clean as it was when they walked in. They gave me a price over the phone and they kept to that price, did not try to sell me anything extra or tell me any horror stories.... I will personally recommend them to all my friends and neighbors..... GREAT JOB and much appreciated.
