I totally agree with the previous review. This company is not worth not even for a single star. Absolutely the manger and there is another guy forgot his name, who disconnected the line when I called him to discuss about the issue. Before installation they said its 3 yrs, the guy who came to install took for ever to set up the things and gave and gave me a paper, which I overlooked as I was on the conference call. The paper says 5 yrs contract. They will trick customers. Pathetic service. The lady reps are nice though, but the guys are very rude. I'm eagerly waiting for my 5yrs and then will kick them out. Disgusting guys.

A-1 Alarms Inc is not a Topeka locally owned company. They are from Lee’s Summit, MO. It is a small company with a big jerk as the owner. If things don’t go his way Marcus, the owner is over the top rude to customers. He is quick to yell at you and attempt humiliation to get his way. He will hide behind what he calls “company policy”, as if he can’t change the policy. I would never, ever, recommend or use A-1 Alarms Inc and I recommend that if you are thinking about using them to not walk, but, run away. There are better locally owned company that has fantastic customer service and friendly employees. This website makes you give at least one star. They don’t deserve any stars. I wish there was a way to give negative stars. If I could, I would.
