In 2012, we paid for a radon test and our house in Evergreen failed the test. So we paid A2Z to install a system to mitigate the radon level. They boasted how it would lower radon levels in not only our house, but across a 3 or 4 block area (not sure why they went this far).Fast forward to May, 2015. We sold the house and as part of the new inspection, we ordered a new test. It failed and radon levels had actually increased! We thought the system was not functioning properly, so we called A2Z maybe 15 times, e-mailed, etc. No reply. So in order to get the house past inspection and closed, we were forced to bring in a new (real) radon company. They informed us the system A2Z sold was not properly installed and that we'd need a new system. Also, and this is important to new customers, but A2Z had labeled our system "Dehumidifier" and actually crossed out "Soil Mitigation" (the intent of the system in the first place). So they misled us to say the least. Beware and ask these additional questions (soil, air, and humidity... soil is the important item since that's how radon enters your house!).
Thanks, once again

A2Z Radon Mitigation just completed a radon system on a multi level home that I had under contract to sell. Because of snow and traffic travel was slower than expected so they called informing me they would be late. When they arrived they were courteous and efficient. My client was very impressed with them and I am too. They first installed a radon mitigation system for me 8 years ago and have done so a number of times since. I have been very pleased with their service and appreciate them traveling to Colorado Springs.

A2Z was really easy to work with. Jamee explained everything to me on the phone and scheduled the installation for later that week. Jarett came to install it and was very professional and courteous. The whole job took 4 hours and everything went the way Jamee had described to me on the phone. My realtor recommended them to me, but I wanted to recommend them to anyone else who needs a radon mitigation system. You won't be disappointed.

Do NOT hire this company unless you have the time to monitor the entire installation. A2Z uses contract labor as installers and if they install the system and in a way that causes problems or is unsatisfactory to you then A2Z insists on adding additional charges to correct any unsatisfactory work. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR CONTACTORS WORK!!! I BELIEVE THEY USE THIS TACTIC TO RIP CUSTOMERS OFF!!!
