9Round was a great experience for me. I normally have a home cardio workout set up. But during the time of my kitchen remodel, that area was taken over by construction equipment and supplies. The trainers were were very good and professional. I learned some new routines too that I have added to my own workout. I recommend this gym for anyone looking to find a great cardio / kickboxing / boxing workout.
