My furry family is their family
by BGS , 04/02/2012
I moved into the 43rd Ave Animal Hospital neighborhood in 1995 with a full family (both kids and dogs). Through the past 17 years, as our family grew up, the folks at 43rd Ave have been a part of us. All the accolades written here are absolutely true. During this time, we have lost 6 of our furry family members - one to an accident, one to liver cancer, and four just lived out their lives. Each received the best of care during their lives, and at the end the nurses and doctors at 43rd Ave had tears in their eyes as we all lost part of our family. I know that the two cocker spaniels that share our lives today will receive the same loving care throughout their lives. What better testament is there?
Love this Place and So does my Pooch

Cant say how much we love the doctors and staff here. Always seems like they are treating my dog like their own. Nothing but the best for Him. I also like the honesty. The recomendations are up front about what is absoluty necissary and which ones are optional for good health maintenance. Prices are competitive (ive called around).

I have gone to many vets with my pets over the years, but I have never encountered a vet clinic that is so concientious and caring about their clients. This clinic is just awesome. Keep up the good work friends. Our animal friends need more people like you.

I can't put into words the service we have received from this clinic for both of our dogs. The staff is always helpful. They do try to recommend more treatments than you origially took them in for. More services mean more money, but at the same time they do genuinely care about getting everything possible done for the betterment of the dog. It is easy to say no and if you ask up front about cost, and tell them your limits they do listen. Will always bring my pets here

My boxer has absolutely terrible allergies. I took him to a vet for an ear infection and the guy wouldn't even touch him...I had to hold my dog, do the swabbing of his ears...and still pay the bill at the end. A few weeks later, I took my pooch in to these guys and the vet got down on the floor with my dog, greeted him like they were longtime friends and treated me with friendly understanding as I asked all the "dumb" questions that come with an overprotective dog owner. I absolutely love this place...will ONLY take my dogs here from this point on. I recommend them to EVERYONE.

This place is awesome. They have friendly and knowledgeable veternarians and staff. The clinic is located at 43rd Ave West Cactus Road. I believe they are open 7AM to 6PM daily except for Sunday's ( Closed ) so as you can see they even have great hours !######The clinic is clean, smells fresh and the staff greet you with a smile and they don't pressure you to purchase any services. The process is so basic and you leave comfortable and happy.######They give you a list of what's recommended for your pet at that time of visit and you either do what's recommended or you don't. Simple as that. No hassle.######Been going here since I moved back to this side of town in 2006. ######Office Visit for pet exam is about $49 I believe. Emergency / Urgent visit is about $64.######Every chance I get I recommend this clinic to my friends, family and co-workers.
