I LOVE this place! There are some great places to eat in FS but I don't think any of them compare to 21! The filets are the best I've had and the martini list is great! I recommend the peach martini and for a dessert drink, the chocolate kiss martini.

I have been to the restaurant a couple of times and always have had impeccable service and the food is scumptious.



A little tip when looking at menus, until they are placed down on the table most hostess/servers assume that you are still looking or trying to choose a dish.

Went to 21 West End on Nov 12th after several people had recommended to us. Upon arrival we were asked if we had a reservation which we didnt and it's not required, 2 people were sat at a booth that normally seats 8. The restuarant was less than half full when we arrived- which was about 7:30 on a Sat night. We sat at this table for over 10 min watching several different servers walk by us, look directly at us and keep going. Not one of them stopped to take our order. It should have been more than obvious by the menus we were looking at that we had not yet been helped. We made the choice to get up and leave. The hostess didn't even pay attention that we left. I made a comment on 21 West End's Facebook page and instead of someone contacting me to ask further questions, make an excuse for the bad service or something they just deleted my post. That shows me that they really don't have a true interest in how their customers are treated. There are much classier 4 star restuarants in Fayetteville which is just a quick 45 min drive away
