Coupon policy is shady. It changes with each employee. They never have anybody to take returns when you walk in. So you have to either wait in line to return then wait in line again to buy. Today I went to buy some metal jewelry punches for group project and they had a door chime set up so when you picked up a product to look at it the chime would ring. After about the fifth chime I started to look for where the noise was coming from. I asked an employee what gives because by now she was right there eyeballing me funny and she said the theft was REALLY bad. WOW ever hear of a security sensor? If you have that much theft that you installed noise makers to all the want to look and touch the merchandise than it’s not a safe place for me to shop. After all isn’t that why we actually go to the store in the first place to see touch to know if that is the right product? No wonder people shop online! That’s where I’ll be except not at Jo-Ann’s because if you read their reviews they stink too.
