I had my hair done by Sindy. I wanted a balayge ombre because I didn't want to keep going to the salon.

Sindy asked what I wanted, and I told her a haircut, balayge, and olaplex. She didn't want to put the olaplex in the color because it would take too much time. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like, along with a video. But before I got to show her the video, she disappeared to mix the color without discussion of the specific color she was using -- another red flag.

She applied the color. Her lack of basic customer service skills came up again and no attempt at small talk was made. After coloring, she began cutting my hair, with my absolutely no discussion as to what I wanted. I am not expecting to have in-depth heartfelt discussions with a hair stylist, but they can at least ask their clientele about what they are looking for.

Not surprisingly given her lack of interest, the results were terrible.
