Excellent service . These dentist have a caring and gentle touch. They are able to put the patient at ease and the dental work is painless.

I called as a new patient for this dental office needing dental service because I was in a lot of pain at the time and thought I perhaps needed a tooth extraction. The person who answered told me they didn't have time for me because a tooth extraction cuold take up to an hour. No offer of an appointment later on. Jjust "We don't have time for you." Well, in that case, I don't have time for them. I called another dental office and was accommodated with curtesy.

I would like to take this opportunity to extend my appreciation to the staff at the Burnsville Park Dental Ridges. From the receptionist staff to the many hygienists and Dr.s I have had the privilege of meeting. In particular I would like to acknowledge Dr. Simic (sp) and hygienist Olga.I have been coming to the Burnsville office since it opened up and have always "enjoyed" coming the see the dentist. I met Olga several years ago and while all of your hygienists do a very nice job, I was especially taken back by the amazing technique and skill I found with Olga. She has an amazing touch hardly able to feel the work she is doing! This is the same with Dr. Simic. Together they are a perfect team and combined with their friendly smiles, delightful personalities, quality of service, and comfort while in the chair, willingness to explain, not hurried, the list goes on!With deep regret, I am leaving Minnesota and am uncertain if I will be able to continue service with your office
