I took my car in to this dealership for some minor work. After their hands on multi-point inspection and computer diagnosis, they came back with quite a detailed list of what was wrong with the car. I was suprised that part of the diagnosis was that my car needed a transmission. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion. The second shop said it could not be a transmission. They put my spare on the left front replacing a seemingly good tire. After driving it they took me for a ride. There was no noise and it did not need a transmission. It was a bad left front tire that was causing the problem. Burnsville Volkswagen wanted to charge me thousands for a new transmission when it was a bad tire. They are either inept or dishonest. I will never go back and will tell everybody that I can about this incident.
