Unfortunately the fuel pump failed on our Suburban while traveling through Wyoming, but we were quickly put in contact with Shane, the local mechanic of Burlington, by a couple of people passing by. Shane came to our roadside location, diagnosed the problem and arranged for a tow service. Pioneer Automotive Repair (formerly Burlington Car Care)was able to replace the part and have us back on the road the very next morning! Pioneer Automotive Repair provided outstanding, quality service and Shane went above and beyond our expectations.
