My wife and I have visited many furniture stores over the years, but today we were stunned. What a beautiful showroom filled with friendly people! The Ashley Store in Burlington is DEFINITELY doing it right! Can't wait until our new bedroom set and mattress arrives!

I have shopped for furniture many times throughout my life, and usually put it off as long as I possibly can. That all changed the other day after I walked into the Ashley Showroom in Burlington. The staff was actually friendly and patient! They answered my questions, let me wander freely, offered coffee, lemonade and cookies, and didn't pressure me when I explained I wasn't buying that day. I ended up going back a few days later and purchasing there. What a great experience!!! I recommend them highly!!

I received my Dresser, Mirror, and Curio Cabinet from here. Everyone was great, especially the two guys who delivered my furniture. They were gentle, wore 'booties', and took all the boxes and trash when they left. I will go to Ashley again!

I purchased some pillows and mattress protectors here. The staff that helped me were very friendly and knowledgeable. They could easily answer any questions I had. The service was impeccable!! I have a lot more furniture to purchase in the future and I am planning on coming here. Would recommend to a friend as well!

These folks were so nice and helpful to my wife and I. We went in looking for a bedroom set and we, at first, were overwhelmed at the enormous selection of furniture they had to offer. Our sales person ( Dave) was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I definitely recommend this store to anybody shopping for furniture.

Ashley Furniture in Burlington is incredible. The staff and front office are friendly and efficient. They know thier stuff. Product knowledge is great there.

My wife and I have purchased several times from this store, and have ALWAYS been pleased! The people are friendly, helpful, and were never pushy. They have hundreds of living, dining, and bedroom sets to look at, so it's actually nice that they always have free snacks, water, and coffee too!

If I could give them a minus I would...please be warned....do not buy anything from this place !! My husband purchased 2 sofas at the end of January. We cancelled the order a day later and we have yet to be reimbursed for our cash purchase....we have called them over 6 times and got the runaround every time.....do NOT waste your time or money with this outfit...they are not to be trusted !!
