Although they are a small store the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help in anyway. If you need a certain item or part they will at least try to get it, but if they can not or when they do get it in they will call you. Even if it's a type or gender of a certain animal, or a certain small animal, fish, or reptile they will do the best they can to help you to get it.
