I went to Nature's Emporium 7/13/16 and purchased pr. of earrings, felway spray, and a golden destiny stud . 14 days later I came in to purchase Felway Cat Comfort diffusers(3) and return the earrings which were broke, without ever taking them off the card. I was told that I couldn't return them because of their 10 day return policy. I asked where this policy was posted, it wasn't on the receipt that I had for the return. The manager couldn't find the notice about return policy so he asked a cashier. She found a sign advertising a lost dog that was sitting behind the checkout counter. She turned it around and "behold" there was the return policy, completely out of sight from a customer. Then the cashier informed her manager that she remembered me from 2 weeks before(I hadn't been in that store for at least 1 yr) and she knew the sign was turned toward the return policy when I was in there. They lost a $100.00 sale that day due to their ret. policy.
