I was in Boston area for New Years eve & wanted my hair washed & blown out for the night!! Shop wa beautiful but the girl that blew my hair was sweet but knew nothing about blowing out hair nor using a flat iron!! My hair was flat in sits n sticking up all over!! I showed her the picture of my hair THST was blown out 5 days before!! No problem she says! I went to the front with tears in my eyes because she made me look like a clown! The girl asked do u like it? I said I look like an idiot it's horrible!! I have to go blow it myself!! She says I'm sorry - let me get UR cost for U!! Nobody asked me if they could correct it NOTHING!! I paid the $$ & even tipped because I work in the svc industry but I went right back to the hotel & told the GM who is my friend & recommended the place & he was appauled!! Needless to say they won't get anymore business from them! I would not recommend this inexperienced place to ANYONE!!
