Very rude and lazy

Ordered a gun threw a online dealer and had sent to Fenton’s pawn and loan in Burlington Iowa. Will never do business there again My gun arrived last Friday Monday I called to ask about it said it was not there. So I called the online dealer and asked them about it. Same thing the tracking info told me gun arrived and was signed for last Friday. So I drove down there to talk to them as soon as I arrived and told her my name she got very rude. And said post office will say it is delivered when it is not. Finally she said she would look and what do you know it was 3 foot away from her just to lazy to bend over and look. Then there was a note on it that said I would be in next Monday. I don’t know who she talked to but it was not me. I am the only one who has access to my cell phone and since she lied 2 times and said it was not there I have no reason to believe her hell she didn’t even look to see if gun was there. Horrible customer service and lazy people spend your money and pawn your items elsewhere.

Great place to buy a gun from. They have a very nice selection of guns and if they don't have what you want they will order it for you. Great people to buy from I have been buying from them for years and I will continue to. They always have competitive prices and they are always very helpful. It is one of my favorite places to shop .

My fiancée went in the other day to try and get a loan on some collectible stuffed bears that have high value and the min she walked in the door the girl behind the counter said they weren't interested in what she had before my fiancée could even get a word out about why she was coming in their store that day. So my fiancée decided to write a review on their Facebook page because of how bad she was treated for just walking in their store. Either the employees, owner or who ever has access to respond back as they are fentons pawn and gun from that page didn't not take 1 bad review very professionally. When my fiancée stopped responding to them on their review page they took to tracking her down on her personal page to start ranting and raving over the fact they got a bad review. I have screenshots of all the comments from their review page and my fiancée personal page of what was said. If this is how the owners of this business want to act over how they treat new customers then they don't deserve my business or money. After the bad review they took down the option to post reviews so that no new customers could see the truth behind how they are as a business professional especially when they were voted #1 in pawn shops in our local area.

Fair and honest. Every time I have been to Fentons I can count on them to do their best to make the sale. This is what keeps me coming back. No nonsense.

Extremely rude and unprofessional! They hang up on customers (Daniel) and they use profanity. One of the owners called me the F word on the phone! Never do business with Fenton Sales!

At first not sure but after a short while good customer service competitive prices and hard to find items made it an overall good experience. Plan on going back.

I apologize about your experience with us. However most of the time we are extremely busy and sometimes have so many things going on it is hard to please every single person with what they want. We are highly recommended by many of our wholesale dealers to do gun transfers and other things of that sort. I apologize for the inconvenience you came too. We take our customers seriously and always treat them right. So give us another chance to make it right. We could have been busy that day with customers in front of us. Again I apologize.
