U took the cab on the first of April from my home in Stone Gardens to Hy Vee and it usually is five dollars. I was charged $6.00. They raised their prices without telling anyone. I would like to know how a person is suppose to afford a cab when they are on a fixed income when prices are that much each way, Also one time I get in a cab and it smelled like smoke so bad that I smelled like smoke when I got out of it. Another time I took the cab and it smelled like someone had s**t their pants. Also every time I call a cab is a 30 minute wait and usually longer. There has been a few times it was two hours later that they got there. One time I needed a cab home from Wal Mart and they told me it was at least a three hour wait. I had groceries and when they got there four hours later, all my frozen items were no longer frozen. I had to throw them out when I got home. My ice cream was melted. It was no good. They need to be more prompted I only use them as I have no other way to get around town as I don't drive.

I had surgery and Live 20 miles from Burlington, couldn't drive and they took me to Great River 4 times a week and not one time was I late. Thank you Dennis and Jessy for running an excellent accountability company. I would want any other cab, you guys are the best.

I'm sitting in subway parking lot on roosevelt and cab 8 was smoking in the cab that ain't healthy for my kids if I take a cab again

They tell you 15 minutes and two hours later your still waiting

Always a 30 minute wait minimum. Then add another 15-25 minutes so they can add trans fluid, or whatever excuse they use. Forget about an important time call, "we don't have it written down". Crap company!

The cab I entered tonight was FULL OF SMOKE because the driver was smoking. It it ILLEGAL to smoke in cabs in Iowa. The driver of this cab is a criminal and I now smell like smoke. I think I'll send him my dry-cleaning bill.
