I will NEVER use UPS again. I saw the driver leave my doorstep and there was no package left. I was home. He scanned the package "delivered". I filed a complaint with UPS and nothing was done about it. The package contents were my infant daughter's Christmas gifts from her Aunt. Apparently, this is pretty common with UPS. If you are forced to use them, then make sure you get a signature confirmation every time, though I've heard the drivers often will forge your signature too.
