Absolutely a terrible company to deal with. Gave a friend one of my massages & she had a really bad experience after the massage. Therapist was great, but front desk ruined the entire experience. I have left multiple messages for the store manager. She nevers calls me back & it's rare that anyone answers the phone live. I would not recommend this company. Surely there are much better places to have a more positive outcome. So disappointed!

I had a significant pain in my legs, back and neck. Danielle helped me in managing the pain to a great extent. The location is full of caring attendants and therapists. I go there every week, if I can make it. I invite all readers to go and enjoy, you deserve it !

The accounting side of Massage Envy, Buford, GA location was extremely disappointing. When becoming a member, I was told that if I paid my account prior to a certain date, my bank account would not be debited. However, after paying a week in advance, for my final payment I might add, my card was still debited and I was charged a bank fee because of this transaction. When inquiring about this issue, I was told the error was due to a computer glitch. After weeks of discussing this problem with the home office and regional director, I was referred once again to the Buford location. The explanation I received (not from the person handling this matter locally) was, I authorized the charge (why would anyone authorize a charge that has already been paid?). Massage Envy could have handled this matter better by simply doing the right thing and refunding the fee since it was their mistake to begin with.
