I made an appointment in advance. Upon arrival, they told me they couldn't see me...despite having an appointment!!! How about a phone call?!

I chipped my polish and the technician acted like I had interrupted his meditation and he could not fix it until he had completed a pedicure. ** Employees are rude and arrogant. They make fun of people when they leave the business. Never come to this salon again.

This salon is great--clean, professional, and competitively priced. Great mani/pedi--I've been there once right after they opened, and I will be back. Good job!
