From the first time I called, they were very pleasant and helpful. I never really understoood insurance and how it all worked, just paid my bills and never worried about it. After an accident and dealing with my now OLD company, I decided to look around. This Agency explained that my old policy was falling short in a few areas and how that could affect me, my family and my livelihood. No one has ever explained the importance of having proper insurance coverage before. All you hear about is low price, low price, low price. I'm telling you that is NOT the most imporant thing about insurance. Believe me, I learned the hard way! State Farm is all about having the right coverage; not necesarrily the cheapest and that's peace of mind for someone my age, who has a family and assets I've worked hard to earn. I want other people to know this. And, the Agent, Brian, personally handled my policy, met with me and explained everything. His whole staff bends over backwards to make sure you are treated well. They even have free coffee in the waiting room and nice music playing. They are all personable. I am so glad I switched to State Farm. Their office is on Sheridan Drive in Williamsville and it's hard to see from the road. It's in a small plaza with Mattina's Pizza and the Heaven Salon. Call them. They will take great care of you!
